Integration FAQ

Most connect with a secure sign-in to the other tool (OAuth), so you never share a password. Once linked, data flows between the two systems automatically. For tools we don't support directly, you can connect through Zapier or our webhooks and API.

Live connections cover the core of a restoration workflow, including accounting, payments, lead sources, and reviews. Anything marked 'Planned' in the directory above is on our roadmap but not live yet, we label it honestly so you always know what is ready today.

Planned means we intend to build that integration but it isn't available yet. We show it so you can see where we're headed, and so you can tell us which ones to prioritize. If a Planned tool is important to you, let our team know.

Yes. Connections use encrypted, token-based access that you can revoke at any time, and we only request the permissions an integration actually needs. We never sell your data or share it beyond the tools you choose to connect.

No, that's the point. Once a tool is connected, estimates, invoices, payments, and reviews sync to the job record automatically, so the office isn't re-keying the same numbers in two places.

Often, yes. If you rely on a tool we don't list, talk to our integrations team, we can usually connect it through our API and webhooks, or help you wire it up with Zapier.
